The special purpose vehicle Schildergasse GmbH, represented by Bauwens Development GmbH & Co. KG is planning the construction of a new commercial building with a gross floor area (BGF) of approx. 3,366 m² on Schildergasse, right in the heart of Cologne. The project is being designed by the architecture firm msm and is to be completed by 2018. IQ was commissioned with the project management.
