The bema Development GmbH is leading as the developer, while Epson Deutschland GmbH joins as a tenant in this forward-looking project, scheduled for completion by the end of 2025.
IQ supported bema in preparing and finalizing the general contractor agreement with GOLDBECK West GmbH and is now responsible for project monitoring.

Our management team attended Expo Real 2024 in Munich. Once again, it was a fantastic opportunity to establish exciting new connections and experience the latest industry trends firsthand. Our focus: sustainable construction projects and innovative technologies shaping the future of real estate.
Of course, we also visited the Düsseldorf city booth. In his speech “Thinking Further. Building Further.” Mayor Dr. Stephan Keller highlighted Düsseldorf’s market developments, emphasizing the importance of proactive action. This reinforced our belief at IQ Real Estate that the future lies in both sustainability and adaptability.
