Directly next to the Franklinbrücke, aurelis Real Estate GmbH & Co.KG is planning the seven-storey office building “La Tête” for aurelis Asset GmbH. This final structure to be erected within Le Quartier Central will offer approx. 20,000 m² of rental area and will complete the development along Toulouser Allee in the Le Quartier Central. IQ Real Estate has been engaged as the project manager for this construction project.
As yet, little can be seen from the outside, but the preparations for the comprehensive renovation, alteration and modernization of the Europäischer Hof Baden-Baden are already in full swing. The building applications will be filed shortly, and before the year is over, the first deconstruction and demolition work in the hotel complex could be started. All in all, the project of altering and refurbishing this 175-year-old traditional hotel that is so closely linked with the spa town will run until mid-2017. Then Baden-Baden will boast an internationally renowned luxury hotel that will combine tradition and modernity on the highest level. The developer, Europäischer Hof Immobilien GmbH & Co. KG, commissioned IQ Real Estate with the management and overall coordination of the project.
On 1 June 2015, Christina Maaß joined the leadership team of IQ Real Estate. She has already been working for IQ Real Estate since 2010. Prior experience includes several years with international architectural firms and project management offices. Christina Maaß is also Professor for Construction Project Management at the Architecture faculty of the University of Applied Sciences in Aachen.
die developer Projektentwicklung GmbH engaged IQ Real Estate as project manager for the new sixteen-storey office building HORIZON in Düsseldorf-Derendorf. By the end of 2017, this will be a new architectural highlight in the vicinity of the Theodor-Heuss bridge. It will almost completely be used by the cosmetics manufacturer L’Oréal.
