Under the title “Koelnmesse 3.0”, the Cologne trade fair and event organizer Koelnmesse GmbH is planning major modernization measures and the construction of new buildings on the world’s fifth largest exhibition ground so as to be well positioned for the future event business. On 1 March 2015, IQ Real Estate was commissioned to assist Koelnmesse GmbH as consultant and project manager during the initial phase in establishing all the structural prerequisites for this major project.

On 16 April 2015, IQ Real Estate inaugurated its new offices on Marc-Chagall-Str. 2 in Düsseldorf. We were able to welcome many business partners, clients and neighbours on our new premises and enjoyed a pleasant afternoon with interesting talks, accompanied by music and buffet-style catering. We would like to thank all who were there for having taken the time and touch glasses with us on this occasion.
