Our 3rd Future Conference took place on 21 October 2022.

The workshop was hosted by Dr. Esther Heidbüchel  and we focused on the topic of “sustainability” where we worked out in discussion rounds and group work what influence the construction industry has on the change to a more sustainable future and which factors have to be considerated in the process.

We would like to thank Dr. Heidbüchel (expert in sustainability), Climate Partner (partner for climate protection) and our IQ team for the inspiring day.

We look back on two exciting days at the EXPO Real in Munich on 04.10.-05.10.22 with other industry participants.

In 2022, almost 40,000 participants from 73 countries visited the international real estate fair.

Considering the current economic outlook, this was a particularly interesting trade fair this year!

On August 1, the Moxy hotel was opened in the Quartier ID/Cologne in Cologne-Mülheim. The hotel, operated by the GHotel Group, has 222 rooms and a unique green clinker brick façade. The Moxy  hotel is the first hotel in the Schanzenviertel.

In September we visited the Eclipse construction site on Kennedydamm in Dusseldorf.

Together with the L’Oreal building on the other side of the street, the new northern gateway to the city is being created.

The modern and flexible office spaces will be handed over to the main tenant at the end of 2022.
