Essen Hachestraße Grundbesitz GmbH in cooperation with van Wijnen Bau GmbH is developing a hotel with 174 guest rooms on Hachestraße for GhOtel GmbH, the future operator. Construction work started in August 2015 with the installation of a retaining wall towards the railway embankment to permit the use of the construction site. Currently, the shell is under construction with six full floors and two additional staggered floors. Completion is expected for 2016. IQ Real Estate supports the project with financial controlling services during the construction on behalf of the financing Deutsche Genossenschafts-Hypothekenbank AG (DG Hyp).
